I'm not sure what you think, but I would consider Flobots hiphop.

Does anyone here know any groups like Flobots? (Don't say RATM. I know they have elements of hiphop and play insturments, but I already listen to them alot)

joker dude they are like RATM sorta.
Sorta like how RATM is closer to rock, well flobots is like a more hiphop oriented RATM.
In my opinion at least.

Me and a freind are starting a band and we are thinking of having that type of sound.
We have a guy who can play guitar, viola, and piano,
then I can sing, play guitar bass, or drums
and then we have a guy who is really efin good at a drawing and graff (He's not into alot of hiphop. I don't think he would join) but he plays bass too
then another guy can play bass drums and guitar.
so were pretty open.
The only problem is deciding who plays what because I like playing all of it.

Those guys music is I guess "hiphop" influenced but at the same time they're trying to reach the whole trendy indie scene... I have a hard time saying "They're HipHop" because they themselves don't seem to be soaked in the culture as individuals...they're just some musicians that put a band together and kind of adopted the hiphop sound/trend........ Mackenzie roberts is sexy tho'!
