 No, it is true that it hurts the legacy. It may be overboard to say that one wack collab ruins it all, but it varies where people draw the line between rap star and legend (note that Adam pointed out that he sets his standards high bro) and the term legend in itself is subjective. So the logic you're pushing with that comparison is only accurate if Nas and Mobb Deep are equally good and equally famous, after having drawn some fame-points from them for their shitty shit.
