 There's a mountain of evidence that says he was framed. Also, people have murdered entire families and only gotten 25 years in prison. Kill a cop and it's death, no questions asked. Even if he is guilty, the death penalty is too harsh. As it is at least two of the witnesses are now claiming they gave their accounts under duress. Mumia was framed. Come on now, dude was a Black Panther. Of course they framed him. Btw, he's the dude talking in skits on Immortal Technique's albums. Dude is mad intelligent.
