just gotta sound out the flow like drums before you write it, just make sounds and get it going to a pattern over the beat. you should record something and send it to one of us and maybe we can help with the flow coz its not a hard problem to solve, sometimes all it can take is editing one word or adding one little word in a bar to make it flow. and most hip hop songs use the same drum patterns, boom bap drums or whatever, so if you've written a verse without a beat you've just got to identify what type of drum pattern it goes with
