On topic, You know, the blame of that are the greedy, white, south landlords.
If you go back to the days of slavery, you'll know what i mean.
Plus, down here, it was WAY DIFFERENT. Simon Bolivar (or our George Washington) freed the slaves in times of war to fight for the land.
Meaning that, black and white fought together, instead of being segregated.
Hence the lack of strong racism at our country.
