Most know who he is and if yall don't keep on reading. One of if not my favorite MC, dude has lyrical skills and one hell of a story. Came up in New York, started out rhyming with freestyling and worked through circuit by competing in the battle for world supremacy, believe he made it to the semi-finals against supernatural where he was beaten (but not forgotten see below). He continued his career dropping gems on a few collabs, most notable being with Kool G Rap and MF Doom. After an attempted murder, which left him paralyzed from the waist down (formerly neck down along with being blind and deaf) he continued until his incarceration in 2000 which was originally a life sentence. He studied and worked the system getting out in 2003 releasing IMO his best work and continues to do so time again. Currently he has his own label; "Day By Day Entertainment", he's writing comics, promotes other artists, runs a blog where he is pretty active with the comments and most importantly still rhyming. Peep some of the below and apologies if I started ranting but cant really some dude up in a few words. Peace

One of my personal favorites and IMO the most emotional track in hip hop

Not Forgotten, @around 7:00

well doom has it because he bit off grimm obviously lol

i believe originally it meant mad flow. Grimm used grimm because its shortening of his earlier stage names grimm reaper and doom because its the begining of his last name Dumile (DUMBile :D )

i put this in the leaks thread as well but thought that it was appropriate here as well

here is some new MF Grimm that may or may not be on his new album "You Only Live Twice: The Audio Graphic Novel" lol dont judge off of the intro, not what the song is about at all

also shit i'll link the grimm story where i met him at comic con as well, late

my favorite is downfall of iblyis, but scars and memories is a close 2nd. honestly though, if your lookin for that old school sounding MC i dont think you can go wrong with any of hid albums. they all knock IMO. American Hunger took me awhile to love (60 tracks!!)

MF GRIMM>>>>>>mf doom

they were actually beefin for a minute and since been squashed but in grimm's comic book theres a funny ass diss where in the mid 90s era in his book he's drinkin a milk carton and on the back it says missin "Daniel Dumile" lol

i like Grimm as well tho dont get me wrong...Scars & Memories was dope as fuck and Grimm's story is far more interesting than Doom's. AND Grimm is less random but idk cant really enjoy a buzz listening to Grimm...Doom makes the music that guides te potheads to salvations (tho I only get blazed around once a month) still when Im high I always bump Madvillainy or Mm....Food
