 laPen, thanks for sharing that last quote. It relates to me as well. I love the metaphor for philosophy contained in that. He put together the words so elegantly. One of the quotes before that gave me an idea for a new thread though. Thanks for those exerpts.

I admire Huxley and his works. He volunteered to be the guinea pig on mescaline research and it opened his mind, and expanded his consciousness. He then began to write some incredible work
