I still think sodr is missing the point though.
In the ORIGANAL text of the bible, "Hell" wasnt a word.
It was "Gehanna" or some shit. I forgot.
Anyways, the idea of an ETERNAL hell of fire and brimstone is pretty much bullshit acording to orginal bible text.
it's 4:48 in the morning where I'm at, and im not in the best mood for debation, if thats a word.
so

Life's a bitch and I'm just along for the ride.

some say that a flying spaghetti monster is god. (no joke)
Does that make it any less easier not to stress about their version of hell?

hell is no new conception hell was called in the ancient times the underworld hell wasn't used in ancient times as a boogie man for humans the underworld was the afterlife it wasn't the place for bad people to go to everyone gone to the same place neither from Judaic scripture or even Christian scripture a hell like we know it was mentioned it wasn't mention a hell like we know it instead it is mention the "underworld" both in the original texts we find the word Sheol this Sheol is the common destination of both the righteous and the unrighteous dead. So as i said it's an underworld not a hell and people usually mistake the translations Gehenna doesn't mean "hell" Gehenna appears both in the new testament and old as Valley of Hinnom one of the two principal valleys surrounding the Old City of Jerusalem in the both books it is told a story of people in that valley that were worshiping Moloch and committing abominations, foreshadowing the destruction of Jerusalem. It is not described as a spiritual hell but as a literal valley in Jerusalem.

3 times i think my bad LOL biggrin but notice as a Christian that hell was added by the Church in the original texts hell didn't exist the corny paranoid white American boy is very right and check Hades in Christianity to see the connections between the Greek underworld and how their underworld as transcended to Christianity because some of the first people in the western world that translated from Hebrew the texts were the Ancient Greeks man if i look it Christianity this religion was degraded by institutionalization like the curse of this religion is her own organization as i said humanity is enslaved by her own forms of organization and this religion was the same

ok, well if you're a Christian its a given you believe in hell....99.999% of Christian denominations believe in hell...actually youre the first person ive ever met who says hell doesnt exist and i think i know why...because you're scared of it....why would you think you're

?? dont you know that if you're a Christian, you would go to heaven??

and ill say it again bacon,

Matthew 25:41
“Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:
Matthew 25:46
And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

2Thessalonians 1:9
These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power,
Jude 1:6
And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day;

i dont know why this isnt enough for you to believe in hell other than you dont believe what the scripture says but this is what God says (assuming you're a Christian)

i dont know about if the word 'hell' was used or not, but you should remember english wasnt the language back then

that's cannibalism tough eating human flesh is cannibalism that transformed "miraculously" into flesh then if he eats eat even if its divine in order that flesh is still flesh and that is still cannibalism
