Royce Da 5'9" never paid Kanye West for the Heartbeats song Kanye produced for him. Kanye said he'll never work with Royce again.

Royce says Dre never paid him for the verse he ghostwrote for Dre on the song "The Message".

The Message from Dr. Dre was originally a Lord Finesse song, Dre bought the beat off Lord Finesse for his 2001 album.

Will Smiths song "Gettin Jiggy Wit It" was ghostwritten by Nas

Puff Daddy has used Sauce Money, Skillz, Nas and Royce Da 5'9" among others to write his rhymes for him.

Sauce Money ghostwrote Puffy's hit "i'll be missing you"

2Pac's song "Changes" didn't appear on any of his official albums during his lifetime because he felt it wasn't a good enough song to put on an album.

been reading this thread and it's pretty interesting, thought I'd add to it...

On Mobb Deep's Infamous LP, the interlude where they say 'all you rappers talking about how much weed you smoke on some spaced out shit, don't even come up to me on the street', Redman took this as a direct diss to him and rolled up to a Mobb Deep show with his crew and herbed them on stage, not sure if it was a fight or what exactly happened.

Larry O from Real Live (K-Def and Larry O) pulled out a gun on Big Beat record executives over some money issues he was having with his label.

It was actually Keith Murray who got in an altercation with Prodigy over that skit, and the altercation took place outside of a club, not during a Mobb show.

Dr. Dre and Ice Cube met DJ Premier in Texas back before Premier blew up, they met Premier selling mixtapes when they were going to get The D.O.C. Dre met Premier again in 92 and played Premier The Chronic, after Premier heard the album he trashed a lot of beats that would have been on Daily Operation

-guru had a heart attack in Feb 2010
-Dominoe was a member of the crypts and the reason he wasn't marketed heavily was because the execs felt he was too simliar to Snoop Dogg. he faded from the mainstage but started producing and actually made a few hits (dont know them off the top)
-Onyx used to have hair, and it was blonde
-Tupacs step dad Mutulu Shakur is father to Mopreme of the outlawz was a leader for the New Africa movement and was a heavy influence on 2pac as a child. He was involved in a bloody bank robbery later in life. He is still in prison for the crime.
-Khadafi of the outlawz was the only eye witness to 2pac's murder who came forward and wanted to tell his story. the LVPD took a short statement of his and told him they'd contact him later on. He was murdered in Jersey a few months later.

the bit in the movie 8 Mile where Eminem was in the car with his friends shooting people with the paintball gun was actually based on a true story with Dr. Dre and Eazy-E, Dr. Dre and Eazy-E were driving around and shooting people with a paintball gun that had red bullets so when it shot it looked like blood, they were shooting people at the bus stops just like Eminem did in the 8mile movie. Anyway the police caught Dre and Eazy and arrested them, when they got out they told the rest of NWA and NWA wrote the song Fuck Tha Police,
