Well in my school we don't talk about beliefs. We can't teach evolution either.

Because the Pope officially acknowledged evolution.

We all know that each of our end is near; the question is do we accept the end of our living existence, or do we accept our existence as dead men...

Yeah, the last pope acknowledged religion and the pope's science advisor still does but the current pope is against it.

And Adam, he said "that explains it" because Texas is commonly known as the biggest bible bumping state in the US. There was actually a court case in 2005 that mandated public schools to teach evolution and said that they can't teach intelligent design because it's a pseudo-science. Your school can get in trouble for not teaching evolution. That is part of the reason that America has such a terrible education system.

And btw, my sister goes to a lutheran school and they teach her evolution. Evolution has nothing to do with religion.

why isn't there miracles being performed for all the people dying of aids in africa or people dying in south America? your talking shit man if god cared he would help but he doesn't and lets people suffer or maybe there just isn't a god

......basically youre addressing the problem of evil......there is still suffering in this world, doesnt mean miracles cant exist

Quote (sodr2)
God's main message was salvation,

With that in mind then Prophets were sent in the physical absence of a god to propagate the means of that salvation to humanity, 10 Commandments etc

Quote (sodr2)
. what Peter and Paul discussed is secondary...what do you mean by God changing his mind?

What Paul and Peter discussed was primary in that the conclusion differed from the tenet of a previous prophet, Isiah.

The seriousness of killing an animal is on equal standing to that of a man.

Which is against a Commandment.

Ergo..... did God change his mind?

who killed bambi?
