keep yourself busy, accupy ur mind so u dont think about it and know that whatever it is, it will get better and it will pass with time. "time does heal".. and like ill said.. listen to music that brings you good memories, think of good memories that you can laugh about, let your mind take u to fun places, let it drift way to better happier things, try to block out any negative things, its hard but u can do it.... talk to others that will listen and dont judge..feeling blue is normal and will pass in time but if it gets worse then i suggest u seek medical attention.. call dr. chinita and dont do drugs, that wont help, it will make it worse and cause other issues.
Honestly.. I either play Halo 3 or COD4 or GTAIV, or masterbate to the point of boredom. Or if im that sad I just sleep on it. Life's a bitch and I'm just along for the ride.
