New members always bring in topics about Wayne because they are so used to him being shoved in their faces 24/7. Because we've been with this for so long we've found ways to pay attention to new artists without focusing on Wayne and so we are able to live and breathe without having to revolve our thoughts around him anymore. This is simply a sign of growth from the group. Just let new members know that we have established Wayne sucks and refrain from mentioning him because it's a waste of energy and cyberspace.
