He tried to hook up my xbox and fell asleep he was so stoned.. lol

Ok so I have a question.
I smoke weed with my freind about once a week, and everytime Ive done it, I have a bad trip....
I smoked regular weed before, and Im not sure if I felt it or not.
We roll it in thin Zig Zag, and about 5 minutes after smoking it, my heart starts beating REALLY hard. Normal speed, just really hard. Things start spinning and I focus on one thing, and all the noise around me seems to play over and over, then something breaks my trance and I realize Im high and nothings wrong.
I ALWAYS end up kicking him out because I dont wanna my mom to come home early, and then end up calling someone and telling them how freaked out I am, and then I lay down.
Once I lay down, I almsot fall asleep, then I wake up amd think to myself "what if I forget to breathe??? I must stay awake!" then I worry myself to sleep.
Is it the type of weed or what?
All he says is that its "Bomb Shit"
