law is relative i guess but all i mean is teaching people who lynch people and are racist in general is more likely to get through to them, building on black nationalism is more likely to alienate them, get me? its two way i guess you change the way people think within a culture with black nationalism and you change the minds of the racists by teaching

first you need the actual people that are discriminated so you can educate them cause this is social wise and social wise whit out the actual people you don't do shit so first unite and educate the actual people then the other in fact that's the premise of black nationalism educate non-blacks about black history and things like that so they can't go trowing shit at us
