*Note:Not all minorty groups go out and sit on there ass. It just happens that some of the people who sit on there ass and whine about it are a minorty. I know alot of hard working minortys. My freind Blake's dad is a District Attorney, and he is full black. My freind Rodrigos dad worked at the same restraunt for 13 years and worked his way up, and now hes head chef. You gotta work for shit.

Menace.... Please educate me on this. I dont understand why they are fighting for a problem that isnt there. Nothing is stopping one of them from going and being a judge.
Shit, plenty of black people are big in entertainment. Arsenio Hall. Will Smith. Lil Wayne (poorly represents but he runs shit. He has the youth brainwashed, black and white.).
Politics. Our president is black. Al green (not the singer). Al sharpton. Delores Tucker. Condeleeza Rice. Alcee Hastings.
Sports- Most "star athletes" are black. Kobe, LT, Manny Remeriz, Serena Williams, tiger Woods.
Now I will admit, there are alot more white teachers/educators than black ones, but that might just be because Im in middle school and because I live in Oklahoma.
So yeah.
Apperciate whoever read all that and actually took it to their brain.

i don't know but they can't keep blaming the white man, they should bring some programs or movement or whatever to help people from these areas. coz its not always the white man, although the problems started with being oppressed and there is still racism that they have to deal with. and i think the whole gang thing started from the oppression and segregation, i don't know enough about this but i know segregation had a lot to do with the ghetto environments. idk if this is still the case.

Anyways, you are a very intelligent person and I commend you for that. I don't, however, think you yet realize that racism is still very real. It is almost irrelevant in comparison to what it was in the 60's and before, and even in comparison to the 90's, but still very alive. Don't be blind to it. That being said, I've already expressed what you are feeling right now in a poem that I uploaded to YouTube about a year and a half ago called "White Man." and T-nizzle understand that racism socially speaking is not so big now days but the USA has institutionalized racism even if you don't have anymore racists you have racism institutionalized so the black communities are still pretty much oppressed economically so the need of organizing the black communities is still alive the old Panthers had a slogan "create wealth inside the community for the community" the old Panthers understood that the wealth in America goes around the black communities not in them. Your country T-nizzle was built on a racist infrastructure even if you have a black president it doesn't change shit maybe a window of opportunity is opened to a selected few but the problems of the masses are not solved and let me give you some examples of institutionalized racism.

1. In 1935, the U.S. Congress passed the Social Security Act, guaranteeing an income for millions of workers after retirement. However, the Act specifically excluded domestic and agricultural workers, many of whom were Mexican-American, African-American, and Asian-American. These workers were therefore not guaranteed an income after retirement, and had less opportunity to save, accumulate, and pass wealth on to future generations.

2. The U.S. property appraisal system created in the 1930s tied property value and eligibility for government loans to race. Thus, all-White neighborhoods received the government's highest property value ratings, and White people were eligible for government loans. Between 1934 and 1962, less than 2% of government-subsidized housing went to non-White people.

So you see T-nizzle the system itself was made to denigrate black communities 40 years ago Blacks were not recognized as human beings in the US now one of them is president you must give time so this system of " white supremacy" as Malcolm X said will come down

And I guess its hard for me to imagine a world where white people would actually HURT people because they are black. Where I live, most of the black people act "White". They live a middle class life. However, all the mexicans act, well, "Mexican" or "Black.", and they are all my best freinds. So its hard for me to picture I guess.

By the way, the whole "Acting White" thing is shit. People act how they act. bottom line. There is no "Color" way to act
