Well duh! haha he had surgery and at most denist offices, they dont knock you out. They just hook you up to some laughing gas (Nitros Oxide).
Either that, or they gave some Zanny-bars or some shit like that. He seems awfullly happy, and he is showing signs of drug-induced depersonalization, which is leading me to think it was a pill rather than a "laughing gas" of sorts.
