 I bet he took that weed from a perps car and used it for himself.
At my school, there is a private pond owned by some rich people and there is a forest. During lunch people go out there and smoke, and suposedly our school officer caught some kids smoking, and let them off because they offered the rest of the bowl they were smoking to him...

That officer is gone now...
