sure there are other reasons to quit besides spiritual ones like my dad complaining i use the comp too much,
not studying enough, what u mentioned etc, but even those seem like almost nothing when im tempted...and im sure people have quit who werent spiritual but i dont see a harm in praying and other spiritual means...like i remember i confessed one time and i felt spiritually refreshed and stuff and thats motiviating not to do it again
