[story no one cares about]I gave him a 150MG of Trazodone, which are anti-depressants/sleeping meds. This kid claims he can handle a whole bar, but I told him to cut it in threes and take it by 50's at a time. He didn't listen. Next thing you know, he's walking back from the bathroom in class, and falls FLAT on his face in the middle of the hallway. "ERIK! WAKE THE FUCK UP! Your gonna get me caught!!! WAKE THE FUCK UP MAN!" ".......dude.... the fuck? how long was I out?" "5 seconds! Now let's get you to class!"
Next thing you know, you see teachers coming out of their classrooms seeing me carry him down the hallway, and they make me set him down. I told him he hadn't eaten for two days (dunno why, but he really hadn't... he told me AFTER he took it.. hes such a dumbfuck...) and next thing you know, cops are coming my class yelling at me like "WHERE ARE THE REST OF YOUR PILLS!?!?".
Search me down, find nothing. Go to the principles, tell them what I gave him because I was certain I had been ratted out, and I didn't want him to overdose, and I even identified the pill online for the EMS when he had to go the hospital. SO, yes, it was a dumb idea to let him take it at school. He wasn't overdosing. It's a SLEEP medication. It just knocked his little ass out. Even the principle said that to me after he got word he was okay. So I mean, my fault for letting him take it at school. The only thing was, he took it, gave me money, and walked off. I see him in class, and he's like "Yeah I took the whole bar..." [/end of story no one cares about]

He isn't an idiot. Many people end up getting pressured to do that shit. You just have to learn to say "I am not saying anything until I have a lawyer". Another thing is if the kid is stupid enough to do something he was told not to then he probly doesn't deserve much help from u. It's not being mean, you just shouldn't have to pay the cost for someone else's mistakes.

Well I mean I can't really fight this one. They getting me on selling a controlled substance, which I did. I'm not going to lie about it, because then they can get me on a Perjury charge.

And they aren't accusing me of something I didn't do. I sold a pill, I put him in danger, along with other people due to the face that many Pharmaceuticals can cause episodes of mania and violent reaction.

The closest thing I get to fixing it, is being a man and not bitching about it and just owning up to the face that I did something that society finds morally "wrong".

Well, if you feel like you deserve to go to jail then whatever I guess. If I was in your shoes tho I would say that you didn't put him in danger, he put himself in danger. If he wasn't going to get the pills from you he was just going to get it from someone else.
