a thread for all the Rugby Sevens of the 2009/2010 season

Rugby Sevens is a shortened version of Rugby Union, instead of 15 players on the field for each team there are 7 players, each tournament lasts 2-3 days, each team plays several matches, each match lasts 14 minutes.

the Sevens circuit started last week in Dubai, the final was played between New Zealand and Samoa

the George sevens (in South Africa) starts tomorrow

fucking new zealand won again, at least Fiji made the final this time, i hope Fiji can work out how to beat NZ, they can still do better

Im more of a League follower, probably cause i played it when i was a younger lad, although i do enjoy watching the Union when i do get the opportunity. And of very few Sevens games i watched they are quite an exciting thing to watch. Id watch these videos but my nets capped til the tenth. Ill be sure to check them out.
