no it wasn't for it to be a incomplete pass the QB has to have control of the ball and his are must be going in a forward motion,
he didn't have control of the ball, his arm was barely going in a forward motion, and they wouldn't have scored anyway, they would've had to try something and the way pitts played their safeties all game they wasn't going to let that happen so.... watever
