Quote (Uncharted) Bangs, Eli Porter, The Ginger Man, Precision, B-Nut, lil b, the new cocaine version of soulja boy, killa wali - Da Army of Da Based lol you forgot 50 Tyson Quote (EverGlazed) DJ/Producers: DJ Spinna DJ Krush Cut Chemist Kero One those are all dope DJs, but none of them are even worth a shit as producers. MCs: Percee P, Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, GZA, Kool G Rap, Inspectah Deck (i would put KRS-One in there but he's been pretty wack lately). also, MC Juice for his freestyles mainly, and Rahzel for his beatboxing. Producer: DJ Premier DJ: Q-Bert idk. it's basically just my top 6 emcees list minus KRS-One because he's been meh lately. idk if they would actually sound dope together. i would think they'd have to, especially with Premo on the beats.

Quote (eboyd) those are all dope DJs, but none of them are even worth a shit as producers. WHAT!!??lol Do you even know who DJ Krush is dude? DJ Spinna is the producer for 'Jigmastas', which is one of my favourite groups...so dont go there girlfriend.lol Even without Jigmastas, he's a fuckin' underated producer. Kero One is a bad ass producer who happens to rap aswell... Cut Chemist would be the Cuttin' n Scratchin n workin those Turntables YO ;-) DUDE, DJ Krush dude...wow

Quote (EverGlazed) Do you even know who DJ Krush is dude? yes. like i said, he's MUCH better DJ than he is a producer. his production reminds me of trance music with a hip hop edge. it's kinda boring imo. Quote (EverGlazed) DJ Spinna is the producer for 'Jigmastas', which is one of my favourite groups...so dont go there girlfriend.lol Even without Jigmastas, he's a fuckin' underated producer. to each his own there i guess. Quote (EverGlazed) Kero One is a bad ass producer who happens to rap aswell... he's pretty much a Nujabes wanna be from the music i've heard. it's like Nujabes lite. the thing is that none of those producers can touch people like DJ Premier, Pete Rock, J Dilla, RZA, and a few others. and that list i just compiled pretty much covers every vibe of hip hop music, from mellow to hardcore shit. all of the producers from your list are trying to get to the level of the producers i mentioned, or they are going for a completely different style that is meant specifically to have a very experimental sound.

Quote (eboyd) yes. like i said, he's MUCH better DJ than he is a producer. his production reminds me of trance music with a hip hop edge. it's kinda boring imo. Fair enough if you dont like it but its nothing like trance.lol Most of what he does is Trip Hop, or Down Tempo beats with a Hip Hop tip. He's consistently produced solid music for 20 years now, paving the way for a lot of Asian producers. He may be an amazing DJ, but he produces music like no other. IMO he's the best producer in his Genre. Quote (eboyd) he's pretty much a Nujabes wanna be from the music i've heard. it's like Nujabes lite. lol Unfortunately I cant see a dead person agreeing to join my supergroup.lol Overwise, Nujabes woulda been picked. I love the music that Kero One makes, so I dont reeeally care how his producing compares to Nujabes anyway. I cant believe I forgot Pete Rock...lol =/ Foorrrr Shaaammmeee!! Quote (eboyd) the thing is that none of those producers can touch people like DJ Premier, Pete Rock, J Dilla, RZA, and a few others. I totally agree with you, but this isnt a thread for the Ultimate Supergroup of all the great Hip Hop producers tho. I wasnt trying to create a group with the best possible members. The supergroup I posted was obviously to my liking, with people that make music that I love. I think that the producers I listed are very good at what they do, but what do I know? Im just a Hip Hop head, who normally listens to Hip Hop very very high.lol Man I hope Chali 2na joins Deltron...lol Del and Chali 2na together....wow
