ok this is cool but to be fair these have to be added to the rules..we can't just hit people with these things and not have it written down so they know ahead of time what they are dealing with.. but one warning is just not enough and no one is going to stick to it, at least two should be fair and we might actually stick to it  also depending on the severity of it.
