 Maybe a new rule should be that if you enter a battle and back out (Not posting back/straight up forfieting), then you get -2 rep.
You cannot get banned for breaking this rule, just bad rep, and possible tempoary ban from battling if it becomes a repeated offense (More than twice in 3 months)

 might be a good idea. i think the guidelines should be more well thought out but the idea itself of trying to encourage people to finish battles is solid.

If you simply do not post back and have a weak excuse, then it's -2rep.
