In case you guys haven't noticed, we are currently having a bit of an epidemic of Watcher spambots. Now I know everyone here gets lazy on occasion and it can be convenient at times to post as a Watcher rather than signing in and posting, but with the recent sleuth of spammers that somehow have crept past the CAPTCHA devices on the comment boxes, we may have to, unfortunately, stop allowing Watchers to post. It saddens me because I occasionally post as a Watcher as well and I appreciate the occasional anonymous feedback, but since we are a collective, I will leave it up to others to decide: what should we do about the current influx of spam? Should we stop letting Watchers post? Do you have a good alternative? Your input is vital. Thanks.

don't let watchers post... it takes 5 seconds to sign in the anonymous feedback is nice but it'd be better if they signed up

You can always ban that guy's IP as long as he's not using a proxy.

well does anyone know how to ban their IP adresses? i know how to ban the ip of someone who has signed in here but not the ip of a watcher.
