 can someone lead me to an easily accessible (ie: something i can find on YouTube), though not overly used, kung fu movie clip that discusses "returning to the essence" or something of that nature? i have a track i'm trying to complete as quickly as possible and i'll explain what i need the sample for a bit better if need be, but i'd rather keep details at a minimum if possible. i promise i will post the track as soon as possible and give credit where it is due to the person who leads me to the sample. i guarantee you guys will enjoy the track as well. thanks in advance.

Yeah, that's the one! It's actually called Flip 10 but that's the Buddha Palm version of it. I actually get co-production credit for that one. We were at his house a couple months ago and he showed me the sample and I was like "yeah, that one!" so we started working on it. I came up with the melody for the hook and a few other nuances in the beat. That's a dope ass beat though right?! I'm so hyped to spit on it! I wrote those verses I showed you in like 20 mins just sitting there vibing to the beat. I already recorded my verses actually and my delivery is on a whole different tip on this. I think I'm going to have to change the hook tho. We'll see. Anyways, after we made the beat on his FL Studio and left it unfinished he lost the files lol, so he had to take the sample and flip it again using the same melodies but this time he did the entire thing on his MPC and it came out even iller. That's why it's the Buddha Palm version.
