My first review, I had to give it to this one, a very underrated album... What I like the most about this album is that is alot more positive and moving than hip-hop of that era. Seemed like the most popular music at the time was gangsta rap. But this album, it gave you somehing that put you in a good mood, and amazed you at the same time, with the spiritual instrumentals and clean lyrics. It's almost like tribal music from the roots of most hip-hop artists, Africa. It shows that emcees do in fact care for beauty. There aren't enough albums like this in hip-hop. It just shows that they don't make 'em like they used to.
