well police are "smarter" now, they know what the stickers are for, only a couple states are real strict about stickers though

yes rack means steal, its not hard.... go to a store, scope the cameras, find a place where cameras cant see, grab w/e u want, stuff it under the belt. make sure it doesnt have a electronic tag cuz thats what sets off the alarms

I found someone to buy me paint! Infact, I bought some shitty krylon and actually went out and tagged some stuff.
