In a few songs he reminded me of Skyzoo by the way that he was flowing i know just what you mean, especially on the song Make Up, he has that similar self reflective style and uses a couple similar words i only hear skyzoo say, but i usually hate it when skyzoo says it, but david makes it work a lot better for me, its ironic too since both of them are signed to duck down. i take back what i said about asher roth too, david dallas is definitely better than him. The song Make Up is fucking sick, my favourite song so far its got such a dope beat from p-money

the kittens would have been one of the video directors idea, they had 7 different directors doing 7 different parts and had to all do it in different styles. this video is fuckin amazing, the kitten part was the weakest part, i love the beat as well, and david has always rapped over beats like this, he's actually mainstream in nz so its not like he's changing his sound

Each person was given a segment of the song and access to David Dallas. A few rules were put in place. Each scene was to be shot on a different format: 16mm film, VHS, Stop Motion, 3d Animation, and during the creation of the video, the directors were not allowed to know what each other were doing. The result is a series of beautiful, very different images pieced together to make the video.
