funny thing is the charges have been cleard, they decided there was not enough evidence to convict him

however Nas admited he had been smoking weed

I found it interesting. They probably arrested him because he admitted to driving while high but wasn't convicted because he passed the sobriety test?

I would assume its the same as an alcohol one. If you don't pass it then they can get you with DUI or DWI. But I'm just talkin out my ass right now, idk.
