when does an artist go from maturing as an artist to changing his style to fit in with a crowd? Artist 1. the artist starts off rapping about being broke and running the streets but as

The difference between in Changing and Maturing are simple Maturing: When an a artist grows so that he benefits from his growth
Ex. Nas, Ludacris, Chamillionaire, Canibus Changing: When as MC goes from one style to another (it either be a good change or bad)
Ex. Kanye West, 50 Cent, Andre 3000, LL Cool J, MF DOOM
