im pretty sure its out now. i pre ordered it from K-RINOs site and now its for sale on sosouth.com for $15 go buy it 
you can d/l some of his albums here k-rino, the first one i heard from K was Blood Doctrine, after that i downloaded everything from that site and bought Solitary Confinement. and i think all his albums are great lol
