Hmph I always thought Liquid Swords was one

The album has a theme like 36 chambers too, but the songs aren't connected.

A borderline concept album would be something like The Cool by Lupe Fiasco

livin life like some cheesy movie

Sodr, I've heard the track "Giant Steps" but never the album. Wasn't a big fan of the track. If anything I like his later, more avant garde stuff and his work with Miles.

Blue & Exiles Bellow The Heavens was a concept, its like the concept of his life toward his heaven sort of thing, starts off with "My World" then "The Narrow Path" and ends up "Bellow The Heavens" to above the clouds in Bellow The Heavens part 2.

i think concept albums are the best kind

Most albums are concept albums in a sense.

I'd say "A Love Supreme" by John Coltrane is my fav concept album, but that's not hip hop

My fav hip hop concept album is probably "Mm... Food"
