Meth, when you have to ignore songs because they are throw away that means the man isn't consistent. Nas isn't consistent either. Nastradamus was garbage and Untitled is arguable. You all already know my opinion on that album. Out of all artists who are or were at one point popular, I'd have to say it is Rakim. I would have said KRS-One (a lot more material and none of it was wack) but then Hip Hop Lives dropped and it was so hit and miss that... Idk... he's still up there, but he's fallen a notch.
