cos those songs fit the mood, im not saying dilla and madlib never made party songs but when everyone is hype at a party and stay fly comes on, its not so much about content just sound. if a dope song comes on at a party im not gonna be sitting there seeing if the lyrics are sick, if it bangs, it bangs and im gonna enjoy it lol

Yeah, but the beat is fucking wack and annoying, especially that "Lollipop" track. And if you say on party tracks lyrics don't matter, I understand that, but to an extent. When dudes are talking "all you bitches pop your pussy, shut the fuck up!" Or some stupid shit like that I'm not trying to dance to it even if I like the rhythm. But seriously though, if "A Milli" for example came on in the club I wouldn't stand up and dance and the lyrics wouldn't be the reason. The beat is repetitive and fucking annoying. I'd say the same for 90% of the beats on tracks that play at the club as well.
