no they cant get sued cuz nooone can trace it back to u And they either do it for publicity or money
sometimes the artist or the hacker takes the songs go to a magazine and gets money for the songs...and Im talking millions if its an anticipated album

Stat Quo who has left Aftermath has said he plans on leaking up to 200 tracks he recorded (but i suspect he could or has leaked some of these detox ones etc.
