I would say Pac... but it's bc i never was that into him.. I always liked BIG so much better... I know that Pac was really good tho'... i seen some of his concert footage and heard stories about how loving and giving he was... He was a good man imo.. but i think overrated especially in death...

i don't know i put Biggie there cause people praise to much his lyricism while he was a great lyricist and could story tell and rip you in a battle i never heard him spitting some knowledge i mean any kind of knowledge for me a complete MC is an MC that can rap about everything

Don't think 2Pac is overrated, really i would lie saying there aren't at least 5 tracks that are dope and even if it's only the beat or only the lyrics of the track, it sounds really good and i understand why he is that famous...sure there's the whole west coast east coast shit biggie pop buisiness etc, but i know a lot of people that don't know anything about that shit and don't give a fuck about hip hop, but they like his music! Showed them a lot of other artist from underground to Eminem they hated it, but somehow they like 2Pac = something special about him. Eazy-E is overrated!

How the fuck is Eazy-E over rated?????? he's not known for being lyrically great or anything... he's known for being an icon in the rap gap and fits the role perfectly. He's the godfather of gangsta rap and yet did more for communities and charities than any of your favorite rappers so if you ask me, I'd say he's underrated. Lets not forget that he also paved the way for many artists too.
