Of course better than his recent stuff. Except he tries to be all lyrical which is off putting. I never thought he sounded right on Keep Their Heads Ringing. Almost every song is like that. The beats are the best he's ever done. He was at the top of his game.
are you serious??!?! my favorite Dre shit is when The DOC is qhost writing for him and that is his most lyrical work. for example, "The Watcher" is seriously one of the most lyrically dope tracks i've ever heard and that's all DOC and it sounded fucking dope even coming out of Dre's non-lyrical mouth lol! that track seriously made me stop hating on Dre like i did before, no joke.
