That was the first real hiphop song I ever heard that showed me that hiphop is more than the typical Crunk/Southern rap shit...
I heard it when I was 8 on a video game.
And I rememeber going into Best Buy, not knowing any better, and asking for Gangstarr. Little did I know that Best Buy didn't carry much real hiphop.... I was 8 though... I came out disapointed, but I got Green Day's "International Superhits" which is okay.... But I can tell I would have been a different person, LITERALLY, a different person if I would have come out with a Gangstarr CD.
