sorry i'm late replying lol but no not the houseing projects and i am sure the pier will stay, the amusement park area will be knocked down, it might be a private resort or private condominium..they are debating what will be there but the cyclone and parachute will stay because they are landmarks and i'm hopeing nathans hot dogs will stay or it just won't be coney island anymore sad
