"Detox has been the subject of speculation since Dre first hinted at the project in 2002. He has been working on the album, which will be released on his Aftermath/Interscope Records label, on and off for four years. He says he has assembled a new crew of musicians, and the beats will be heavily driven by live drums. "We have an entirely new thing going with the drums that's incredible, and we're still developing that." All "the usual suspects" will make guest appearances, including Nas, Jay-Z and Lil Wayne."

lol that article is from 2008, Bishop Lamont said that year that Nas, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Warren G, Nate Dogg and of course Bishop himself were going to be on it, along with Eminem and 50 Cent i assume, he said he couldn't give everything away. However since then Nate Dogg had two strokes, which has put a halt to his music career and Bishop Lamont left the label, the album was going to heavily feature Bishop Lamont the way The Chronic heavily featured Snoop Dogg and 2001 heavily featured Hittman. So i wouldn't be surprised if Dr. Dre has had to start most of the album again from scratch, which is why he said it won't come out till 2011.

btw those 9 tracks i posted up there, they are all ghostwritten tracks, none of them have Dre himself rapping on them just the ghostwriters.

btw for anyone interested in the new Gorillaz album here's a dude review, this guy has great reviews on his channel

-Firehouse Rap (follow up to the "Firehouse Rock" - BEST reggae album ever)

Steps of Creeping Cock

lol nah, I'm not into that cock shit anymore. I'm still the same perverted bastard gettin' the best pussy and never falling in love but I'm not talkin' about cocks anymore. I think I grew up dude. Be proud of me.

What about Lyrikus Rhymedronikus? (a follow-up to the great film with Anthony Hopkins "Titus Andronikus")
