It's weird because I just humming "Changes" from Tupac, which will inspire anybody who hears it.

artistically i'll have to agree with EmSeeD. as an actual hip hop artist, everything you listen to should inspire you in some way. i mean that's basically the basis of the evolution of music.

but as for in other ways than artistically, here's a list of music that inspires me in different ways:

song that motivate activities:

-sports (just before a game):

--Wu Tang Clan - "36 Chambers" (that whole album hypes me up just before a game)

-sports (hours before a game):

--2pac - "Bring The Pain" and "Ambitionz Az A Ridah"
--Immortal Technique - "Dance With The Devil"
--Dr. Octagon - "Blue Flowers"
--anything by Dalek

-sports (during the game [as in i wish they would play this from the booth during our warm ups or during the game lol]):

--DMX - "Party Up (Up In Here)"

-political activity:

--Immortal Technique - "The 4th Branch", "Industrial Revolution", "Point of No Return", "3rd World" (the song), "Peruvian Cocaine", etc.
--Saul Williams feat. Zack De La Rocha - "Act 3, Scene 2"
--KRS-One, Zack De La Rocha & Last Emperor - "C.I.A. (Criminals In Action)"
--Jedi Mind Tricks feat. RA The Rugged Man - "Uncommon Valor"
--Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy - "Hypocrisy is the Greatest Luxury" (entire album)

and here's one that you guys will look at me crazy over :D

--Lil Wayne - "Georgia... Bush"

songs that inspire thought:

--everything i listed in "political activity"
--Saul Williams - "Talk To Strangers", "Seaweed", etc.
--Atmosphere - "Yesterday", "Guarantees", etc.
--Aesop Rock - "No Regrets"

Bob Marley, love his stuff, very inspiring, Redemption Song is a wonderful example, all of his albums are great. Most of the music i listen to inspires me in some way shape or form. KRS-One's self titled & i got next albums helped me through an extremely rough patch before i came back to RHHF, so did "Parole" and "Crimes of the Heart" off The 3rd World.

Gil Scott Heron, i have alot of his stuff, all of it inspiring even though his later albums dont have Brian Jackson on them and its noticeable still same ol GS.
Jimi Hendrix, i have a compilation album. Just listening to his guitar playing is awesome. And have been listening to Afrika Bambaataa's Looking For Perfect Beat 80-85 for the past couple of days, really awesome.
