no, he's one of the most underrated, but last i checked Percee P exists so he's maybe the second most underrated  btw, Lil Sci from Scienz of Life may not be better than Monch (though he's comparable), but he's definitely more overlooked and so i think he's more underrated because of that: ^^^ he's the first to spit here. he's also known as John Robinson:
