Lol! I'd definitely go with Percee P at #1. Jeru, Lord Finesse and AZ are up there as well, and of course if I mention Jeru I have to mention Afu Ra too. Bahamadia and Lady of Rage when it comes to the females. I'd also call Felix from the Heiruspecs underrated. Their 2004 album "A Tiger Dancing" is easily a classic in my book. Insight and Last Emperor are quite underrated, Count Bass D, Empress Stahhr, Lil Sci (from Scienz of Life) as well as his partner Inspectah Willabee, POS, Mike Mictlan (my boy made an album with him. Shit is FIRE!), the lesser known members of Monsta Island Czars (everyone other than Grimm and DOOM), Edan, Mr. Lif, Elzhi, Invincible, etc. Man, I could go on for days. There are way too many criminally underrated artists.

Not sure what this forum thinks of them, but Cyne are extremely dope. If you haven't listened to Evolution Fight, it's one of the most cohesive rap albums I've ever heard.

MF Grimm Masta Ace Prodigy Canibus Killah Priest Hell Razah Onyx and I also to an extent put ODB on here, just because I feel he was the most creative person to hop on a mic. I dont think anyone else could do what he did the way he did it.
