Hi, can you guys please list me a top 10 of your favorite underground artists, so i can listen to them. I usually find 90s hip hop, like Big L, which have a little recognition, but i also like to get into more of the underground scene. All i know is People Under The Stairs, Atmosphere, Bishop Lamont, Cannibal Ox, Wordsworth (though he doesnt have that many albums out), and maybe 1 or 2 more. this thread, if u start from the beginning and take ur time has many good artists but keep coming to check it regularly. we also have the artists introduction forumwhich also might help u get more info in detail with a sample of their music. we are slowly building it up, its one of our newest forums.
also check out this thread, it might get up to date on new realeses from many of these artists, new videos that i forget to post in here. also the new releases link on the main page.
to start you off here is a list of some artists that many underground heads listen to, what i'll do is slowly make sure that some of these artists are in the artist introduction thread with some help from other members and i'm sure other members can add to this list. you're in the right website if u want to learn about underground and new artists, news, updates ect..just come by often.
