Did you even post the link to the video????? Lol. Some video formats don't work but most do. If it's YouTube just put the entire link to the video in these brackets, but erase the spaces first [vi deo]url goes here[/vi deo]

You can do most videos that way but some won't work. For those, just get the embed code and post it. If it doesn't have an embed code, or the embed code doesn't work, you are SOL.
