They've always seemed mediocre to me, then again, I haven't heard a WHOLE LOT of their shit beyond what has been played on the radio... Ms.Jackson? That song really just sucked IMO, way way way overplayed and no where near worth the acclaim it gets from the mainstream and the hiphop heads alike, it was just a polished turd.
Someone post some shit that would change my mind.

There is not anything great about them. Actually you could say they are the worst
"rappers" too ever live. both have no real lyrically skills naw rhyming skills, they just
rap about stupid pointless shit and andre30000 likes cocks in he's asshole.. I'm not gay bashing
or shit like that. but its actual truth that andre loves it up the ass. I ain't trying to hate on them

They're not so much as known for their lyrical skills (as far as Im concerned.) They're praised more for their creativity and "vision." And their music has a "feel" and essence to it that nobody can replicate.

I actually think of Atliens and Southernplayalisticadillicmuzik when i think of them, and they (outkast) are good, not great, but theyre better than others.
