they never used plastic bags on the evidence they didn't used many police procedures at the scene of the crime plus look how he is holding the gun just zoom on it he holds close to his body and from a normal view of the pic u don't even notice it plus he is holding it not like a cop holds his gun look how he holds his hand over the guns handle
