graffiti isnt as hip hop as you think

if you refer as an element ,graffiti was the first element and was way before Djs and hip-hop but has been asimilated into the hip-hop culture

I know this is an unpopular opinion... especially with some younger heads who are hungry to hear and recognize true MCs and crews of Hiphop from the earlier era .. but De La Soul is an OUTSTANDING group that speaks so much truth with ill beats and wordplay .. if you liste to even their later albums closely or just vibe out to them on any regular day or time, i think that most would begin to agree more wit me that they're on some next level vision and truth for the whole meaning of Hiphop and lyrical style .. I feel people dont even give them play these days within the younger or even a bit older generation because they are not spoken of all that much in the popular forefront.. I think most are really missing out if they dont recognize this group that (not in my opinion, but my knowlede of fact) they can destroy alot of heads on the mic when it comes to relevant and dope spits. MC aspect ... De La Soul is up their with the BEST of the Best ... I don't see how people cant see this .. maybe i'm buggin but i dont say all this from a closed minded opinion .. i feel its simple truth for REAL Hiphop !
In reply to eboyds words on Madlib ... Personally, i don't get high ... Madlib( Quas) productions get me higher than high just playing those phenominal beats and styles .. His music is sampled from some of the BEST MUSIC EVER COMPOSED !!! ... FACT !!!!!!!
