that was the worst battle i've ever seen in my life, 30 seconds for each person and only 1 round??? each dude barely even got to say anything, there was only one line i liked in the whole battle and that was poster boys line about tech mustache, other than that it was too short and no way you can judge any battle from just that. unless there was more and it was cut from the video

i've never seen a battle like that before, i watch grindtime and king of the dot battles all the time and they have 3 rounds with 60 second verses

i thought both were pretty average but its really hard to tell from a 30 second verse. the crowd went nuts over postaboys opening line about biggie and pun and that line wasn't shit. but yeah its still impossible to judge like that

and don't get me wrong i'm not just trying to defend tech or anything, actually i think his verse was completely written, yet he was dissing the other guy with "you don't belong on freestyle friday you belong on written tuesday" but techs verse sounded more written to me, which is why i don't think it flowed, coz he started the written verse before the beat and then didn't stop to wait and bring it back on beat because then it would have been obvious it was written so he had to keep going off beat. and because it was off beat the crowd didn't feel it at all

i thot posta boy was a damn good freestyler. he was not super witty or anything but had some funny and crowd pleasing rhymes
